SSMC will provide catering to small and big companies that are without company operated cafeterias,
as well as supplementing the cafeterias. We will provide well
balanced, nutritious meals at a reasonable prices. In addition to our "fast food" menu, we also
have a "Wellness" menu which consist of a low fat and high fiber diet. SSMC Catering has just completed a service agreement with Austin Community College. We are able to provide college students with an increased variety of foods without a corresponding cost increase. SSMC's goal is to maintain it's own fleet of trucks in addition to a check-in commissary for catering trucks. We will then be able to monitor equipment to insure that it is properly maintained in a sanitary and safe manner.
